It was made for a film, so highly possible that it's computer generated.
The swish effect on the net is probably a sound effect, and the net movement was probably a basketball going through which is later edited.

A basketball hoop is 18" across. I've just non-scientifically measured the width of my shoulders and come up with 19", so it's feasible. I'm certain it's fake though

It's a fake, I've just downloaded it and looked at it frame by frame, you can see where she's been digitally "cut-out" and placed in the scene, then as she drops through, her head and shoulders actually go through the rim of the hoop..
