Wisdom teeth Ripped out of my Face

Today has been some what painful. i had all four of my wisodom teeth removed this morning. I was put completly under for the 1 hour or so opertation. i woke up about 10mins before they finished with 3 people surrounding me.. then i bleed for the better part of the morning. its now 12 hours later and most of the feeling is coming back in my face, but my jaw is still bothering me oh well. just thought i would share my pain with you.

My 'eye teeth' grew upwards instead of downwards, so they had to cut round the back of my teeth, flap the roof of my mouth down, then dig around for the awol teeth. Now that hurt. Was on morphone for a day. hmmmmmmm.......morphine.

on top of that i had four back teeth removed, and i bled for three nights, ruining three pillows.

    happy days

I think I'm going to have mine removed - they've grown in squint, and at such an angle it makes them difficult to brush. Keep us informed of how it went, I'm really scared about having mine removed....

had mine all out a few years ago, thankfully went private and was on morphine at least 2 hours after I came round...I think the nurses got wise to my drug induced giggling and gave me somethin to snap me out of it, either way I know a couple took a shining to me
why are nurses either really good looking or really burrly? (think barmaid in shrek2...)

I had my bottom two pulled out already under local, wasn't much to it. It's the top ones that are the sods.

I know how much pain you're in, but at least you're not like my brother... he had all 4 out on Xmas Eve!!

I was under the impression that they did it while u were concious these days?

My lower ones have come through, but no sign on the tops one yet! Am I gonna have a wonky face or is this normal ?
There's a thin person in every fat person.....that's because they just ate them.

I had my top two wisdom teeth out recently and it didn't hurt that much, just bled for a couple of hours afterwards. Feel better for having them out, much easier to brush my teeth now.

Normally they do it whilst concious, I had my bottom ones out whilst I was. No biggy really. Dunno about the top ones though, as it's more difficult. I suppose it depends on the patient. If you don't like the crunching and grinding sounds when they pull them out, then don't have it done under local!

Oh, and my bottom one's came through a few years ago, had them out straight away. No signs of my top ones yet. I think it's pretty normal.

To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.

Yup had one of mine taken out - whilst I was conscious......

Nothing like the mental scars of a dentist screwing a piece of metal into your tooth, breaking it, screwing it in a bit further and ripping the bugger out!!! Ouch!
If you're not living on the edge, you take up too much room
