So how the hell does London's Congestion charging work?

basically they effectively bend all london drivers over and insert large objects...at least that would be a far less intrusive process than the congestion charge. to be honest it made little to no difference to the traffic levels in london...not a sausage.

The Congestion Zone took 5 minutes off my journey to work at first. Then the local Councils carried on putting in more speed bumps, closing roads, more "no right turn" signs, etc., so it's back to the original jouney time now.
