Where to get a small part 3d printed?

I have an old carbon fibre camera tripod, I bought it years ago on here as it happens!

It has twist lock legs that work by pushing 3 rings together, the middle ring then expands out to lock the leg in place.
After said tripod tried to fall over due to the leg not locking properly I stripped it down and found the inner ring broken.

Any idea where to get something like this made and how much it would cost?

The manufacturer no longer have any parts to repair this so I have no other option than to have the part 3d printed as I can't find anything suitable.

Not sure if I have the skill to make one out of a block of plastic

There tend to be a lot of 3D printer users on the quadcopter forums, some as a business. I had some stuff printed a few years back by a bloke on

might be easier / cheaper if your able to do the design side?

Have you thought about trying orings or something like
