    Old school software - bin?

Just wondering what you people do with your mega old games and apps. Stuff from Windows 95 etc - do you bin them, give them to charity or keep them as antiques?

I keep mine as antiques, although I'm gonna try to download this software who makes it possible to play all these old Win 95/98 games. Such as Red Alert etc . How can someone bin them?!

Every so often we decide to have a clear out - trying to go for the minimalist look... "de-clutter"

Usually just the bin, although some true classics are in the loft for nostalgia like a pristine copy of Doom etc.

Well, my N64 gear is out the shed (somehow), along with my gameboys. All that remains of my first PC (back in 97) is the case and the CPU. Im keeping windows 95 because it could become very valuable in 30 years time when we've all still got windows xx (except directhex of course) and 400Ghz optical computers or somthing. And my commodore 64 is up the attic along with the many disks and games i had for it .

I actually thought you had burnt all your old software (as in a fire) for a second there Then i read the rest of the sentence

I've got most of my old stuff in the garage still, piled up in the corner
