    The Healthy lunch...(at home)

Monsieur Blanc (and now I) says it simply:

Forget a bar of chocolate, packet of crisps, and a can of coke at lunch

Organic Egg Omlette with tarragon and parsley, grind of black pepper.
    Glass of red wine.

    Thats it....

Good value, healthy and righteous Divine

Aye Omelette's are da bomb. I can never flip em over without breaking them, so I like to chuck them under a grill when they are still bit runny on top. Sprinkle some ricotta or feta cheese on top before the grilling begins, MMMMM

And tabasco sauce is teh daddeh with egg.

I have read so many things now about the benefits of red grapes, red grape juice and red wine.

Current thoughts are 2 - 3 glassses per day as being excellent for your overall health

In fact people who have open heart surgery are now being encouraged to drink it

    Not white..just red

Raymond Blanc simply confirmed it, in my already sozzled head

    I dislike Omelettes.
At college I usually have a Tuna and Cucumber and/or tomato sandwiches, packet of Walkers Lites and a muffin or bottle of water.

    Not too unhealthy
