Old account, not used in a while. Can't access my profile.

Hi all, I haven't used this site in a while, so thought I'd visit again, and start contributing. I can log in, but don't seem to be able to access my profile, I keep getting:

I apologise for starting a new thread on this, however the 'contact us' option at the bottom doesn't seem to work for me either, any help?

If this is the first time you have created an account here, you have to have a minimum number of posts before yu can modify your profile.

However I see your account was created two years ago, but you only posted once, so the same rules apply!

As their account now shows as a guest, I'm guessing that for some reason they decided they would rather have it deleted completely than becoming more active.
