Me and a few others on these forums live on the same island as where the company is based. They've seemed pretty decent before. You tried phoning them?
yup, i ordered a while ago too, got an email the other day to say order has been dispatched, expected to arrive end of this week/early next. what game did you order? I ordered UT2004 and got reply saying was ot of stock - not replies to my request of how long it would take to get stock again but then I got the 'order sent' email after the weekend...so assuming it could be what you want is out of stock?

Ordered quite a few things from them in the past, dvd's seem to arrive quickly but the games can take a while, but as they have good prices and free delivery I take that in my stride.
