    It's amazing how the cock pheasants seem to KNOW when the shooting season is OVER.I used to go pheasant beating (lol yes we even had sticks) and the cock pheasants would hardly be seen around till the season was over,then there would be bloody loads of them about.Might have something to do with them getting a little frisky with the breeding season about to start.
