Overclockers UK - Discusting management attitude to custmers

I'm getting sick and tired of OcUK with their crap and discusting attitude to their customers, first they pulled their email, then they decide.. 'oops, our phone switch is being overloaded' and are taking well over a month to install a new telephone switch.. wow, what a supprise, now they've disabled their forum registration, AND are bitching about customer complaints on the forums, now the ONLY option left is snail mail.. are they gonna move address as well?

They are increasenly cutting themselves off from their customers, if they keep this up they wont have any damn customers left.

It takes alot to get me angry, and I rarely gripe as bad as this, but they've went wayyy too far.

Not only that, but the shipping company to Northern Ireland that they use (ParcelForce) are a complete joke, my latest order, it took them 26 hours to move my package from the 'national hub' probibly in the middle of england somewhere, to belfast, it reached belfast around 11pm yesterday.. my town is only 13 miles away from belfast, and its still not here, i probibly wont get it until tomorrow sometime now, and thats another 30 hours.. how is that in any way possible or excusable?. I don't pay £20 for a '48 hour service' and receive 72hour+ delivery times.

Just hope your package contains the right bits and that they work. If not, forget trying to RMA them. Make sure you add all your comments to users.hexus.net so that others may avoid using dodgy dealers.

i'm pretty sure this post will be closed soon, add your comments to users.hexus.net instead of here to make sure they stay here

personally I like OCUK, never had a problem with them, and the 2 RMA's that I have had to do with them have been fine - albeit a bit slow. Parcelforce are rubbish yes, but thats hardly OCUKs fault, at least they are better than sh..citylink

They will sort out their phone system in the end I am sure, they can't be blamed for all their problems - though I accept that there should be some kind of interim system in place other than post ;/

The HEXUS Trust is a better place to leave your feedback on a company.
