What has been your experience with UPS courier company?
I ask because I was expecting a package on Monday, which then became Tuesday due to 'wrong address' on label supposedly, then I call up UPS and rep is whispering back over the phone when I ask for their name. They confirm I would get it by 7pm.. didn't come. Check the tracking again it's in 'transit' even though it was in warehouse. I get the feeling the tracking info on website is pack of lies. Suffice to say I won't be buying online from companies who use them.
