    IT Helpdesk - True Story!

    I work as an IT consultant at a Music TV station. A colleague sent the following email to our service desk earlier today -


    "Hi

    Can someone please check that all 4 ports connecting the following servers
    to the lan are set to 100Mbit full duplex please.

    <server names removed>

    We are having issues with the NIC teaming and that might be the issue.
