Question Ways to quickly get rid of a hangover?

Not to sure if this has been talked about on here before but what does everyone do to get over their hangover in the morning?

I tend to find that eating a large meal usually helps and drinking a couple of pints of water before you go to sleep makes a massive difference.

oh and a useless bit of information: Anyone know that massive english darts player. I saw him on celeb fat club and he said that one night on his b'day he drank 72 bottles of budwiser. Whats the most you have ever had in one night?

hehe whoops sorry I ment to say water. Is it not really dangerous to your liver to have tablets until all the alcochol is out of your system. I heard that it takes one hour to get rid of one unit.

Lucozade, its good for you, has glucose thats quickly absorbed, and fluids to replenish your body, Your body concentrates more on breaking down the glucose than the parts of the alchohol that makes you feel crappy. Thus slows the processing of the nastyness down, spreading it out over a longer period, so you dont feel so crap. Food with complex carbohydrates and sugars are good too, such as a fryup.

Puke lots, I find that helps then some lucosade sport, a big bowl of cereal with semi skimmed & a couple of apples.

Milk usually doesnt help you, it doesnt line your stomach as some people belive. Food is always the best option, the fattier the better, but you need to drink enough fluid to replace your lost fliud, which is why you get a headache, because your partially dehydrated, FarmerJon is right, fruit juice is good, plus you get the added buns of lots of vitamins and minerals.

Always best if you can drink a pint (or two) of water before going to bed.

But failing that a bacon and fried egg sandwich with a very sugary cup of coffee (black). The fattier the food the better (fatty acids break up alcohols) - a proper english breakfast is good too . Never ever drink mink in any quantity (unless you're looking to throw up of course...)
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.

I say just stear clear of mink altogether for one it's expensive and two, hairs could get stuck in your throat! (the short and curlies stuck in your teeth from the bushpig you woke up next to out to be enough) or if the rspca find out you in trouble dude!
