Sit on the floor with both legs out in front, now bring one foot up to your bum with knee bent so your foots flat on the floor then holding with both hands the toe of the foot out infront STAND UP. My dad showed me this one a while back, the things you learn in the Navey huhSlower the better I think. Have fun
