    Painter and Decorator in Brum?

Bit of a strange one, but do any of you Birmingham peeps know of a good Painter and Decorator, one who comes highly recommended? I'm far too busy painting and humping things about to do the wallpapering, so I need to 'get a man in' (A man can never say those few words without feeling a complete nob )

Before I pick one at random from the good old Yellow Pages, I wondered if Knox, Swafe, Matt or anyone else had used or knows of a decent, reliable firm?

    Many thanks.

Ain't got a clue mate, my 'rents have always done it themselves, cheap and easy - it'll probably cost you a lot if you get someone in

Well, not an arm and a leg, really, tis only a bit of wallpapering. Just need to make sure I don't get a right nob head in.

Its only a small job though mate, just one room to be papered, then another a week later. Its not the sort of thing I can be bothering your Dads firm with, unless they have a bloke with nowt to do for a few hours.

I'll do it for £50 and a pint . More seriously though... Theres a bloke lives just up the road from me that runs a building firm, they re-tiled our roof and helped with our loft conversion, will have a word at a more sociable hour.
