If you have a complaint, make it through channels. You should know what they are by now.

If not, drop it. This thread is not the place for it.

That applies to everybody else too.

There is no mandate.

It sounds a lot like you think free movement is cancerous disease in your mind. Don't forget the people on this planet were able to move without boarders for the vast majority of human history free to settle and work anywhere, it's only post WWI that it's became more difficult, and only the last 40 years or so even harder.

What comes next, well in your PimeMinister Nigel Farage scenario... I guess under that sceinario the Polish and eastern euopeans will have left and the wealthy will need some other group to blame, maybe they'll decide they won't allow people from council estates around thier homes. Maybe fit those educated in state schools wiith a tag so they can be tracked.

And that anti EU sentiment grew and grew and grew, because it was fed fed fed by Rupert Murdoch, DM Media International and others on a healthy diet of funds from the EU's enemies. Osborne & Mandelson weren't the only people to be courthed by the Russian billionaires on yachts. Wether it's Farage in the UK or Sneider in Hungary all of the EUs far right leaders have close links to Russia. Farage is a regular on Russia Today for example.
    Your scenario, not mine.

Don't put words in my mouth.

    Re: Legitimate Brexit Betrayal?

    good morning all

It's nice to walk in on a Monday morning to such love, harmony and a generally positive vibe.

    thanks for that.

I won't close this - you never know it might all become a useful lesson one day.

OK.. that's nonsense - the majority of this will never become a useful lesson at all.

Well....it might to me....but not to anyone else I doubt.
How did it get this bad?

    Re: Legitimate Brexit Betrayal?

Right, I've read it through from the last point when, naively I thanked everyone!

I'm not offended by a single statement in any post. As a reader/recipient of any of those words above... franky I'm not offended by any,

So... lets be clear right now.

If anyone here thinks this thread is offensive - don't join in.

This morning I heard a nice man on Radio 4 giving advice - it went like this
    A) I will give less offence
    B) I will take less offence (ie I won't be so easily offended)
    C) I will pass on less offence ( ie I won't forward things, quote thing to gain reaction etc)

Those I feel will be great words of advice from now on

No one thus far gets banned in this debate, because no one has said anything that I find offensive enough to ban them - in fact I put it to the lot of you that if you stood in the Houses of Parliament, or any half decent Office Meeting of a company sorting it's own internal stuff out, you'd not be offended by this stuf.

When reading between the lines, you can find offence is a Topsy and Tim book. If you look hard enough.

Move onward please - no swearing and no direct personal threats or insults about people's heritage or parental lineage. Nor about makiing love to animals.

Apart from that, I am going to get on with Monday.. I suggest all of you do the blummin' same.

    Keyboard warriors need not apply.

I'm not as au fait with the ways of hexus. Pray tell, what are these magical channels? You're very scary when you get into official 'DELETION' mode.

    Re: Legitimate Brexit Betrayal?

like we said, no swearing... it gets canned.

Including when I let off... when Peterb whacks me with his ban hammer... which happens more than it should.

Human's, you see... are all fallible. Even Zaks

    Re: Legitimate Brexit Betrayal?

its' not a very popular thread now....

because it turned into a riot.... it's lost it's magic.

As I just said to two of you via PM...HEXUS Forum doesn't make a profit. It's a cost to us. It's here for one reason

    Community and Fun

    It's here for two reasons

    Community Fun and Learning

    It's here for three reasons

Community, Fun Learning and Sharing stuff

    It's here for four reasons

And none of them involve ME SPENDING BLUMMIN' HOURS SORTING OUT SOMETHING THAT WASN'T THAT BAD TO START WITH!!!

    //and breathe

    dya see.....?

    OK... lets move on please

    fankooooooo

I'd like to thank each and everyone of the Forum members who've posted in this thread and to all the others who have read it. It's sharp, incisive, bang up to date, loaded with good images and frank debate.
Forums were designed for this - Political intrigue and depth of chat: it's not an Arsebook thing, and it's not a Twatter thing... it's not a socialmedia thing. It's a Forum thing. This kinda debate only works on a Forum, and it's because of this that we keep the HEXUS community rolling along.

<carry on as you were please>
remember this? Back in the hallowed days of.... last week!

What a fool , nay what an idiot! What a completely naive, stupid thick and childish notion I had back then.

I'm both a Little Englander and a Bemoaner....I shall now go and cut my own tongue off and my own ears.

With a house brick as it's dull and will hurt more.
