i sent something special delivery the other day, and they forgot to give me the tracking receipt - the next day i recieved it in the post with a note saying "sorry, forgot to give you this" - which was nice :)
ahh, honesty at it's best there Russ, that poor daft sod is now without a job and is living on baked beans and is shivering in the cold because they can't afford to pay the heating bill ! :(
but i got an oval bite so its all good

i don't like the PO myself.. slow.. and don't give me the right change, but i never bother to check till i get home and it's too late :(.

I certainly do trust them more than some smaller couriers these days, especially after the introduction of special delivery.
