Blimey
Still - teaches them a lesson...
you can't expect any bag left at an airport (or well patrolled public location) to be there the next day if you leave it.
Standard policy at any airport for sure to destroy any belongings left behind.
Our company managed to get a laptop blown up, when it was (possibly) stolen at an airport... apparently the sales manager put it down to pick up his bags, next second it was gone...
(yeah, right!) and next thing we know, I get a call to say that my laptop had been destroyed in accordance with security regs.
lol Tom, u really have had a looooong day at work havent you?
Nick
I think Tom's account should be renamed Puff_Pastry as punishment for that pun
that stuff is like semtex in my guts!
lol heard this on the radio
she just wanted to make chicken pie
Crickey.. still spose she learnt a lesson, never leave a bag in an airport as it will either get taken or be mistaken for a bomb of some kind.
I'm sure the police were running flat out to find out what it was. I know I sure wouldn't have wanted a slice of the action when that thing went off! Probably went up with quite a puff of smoke....
The police huffed and puffed and blew the thing away!
Sorry for jumping on the band wagon Tom
I'll get my coat...
You couldnt write some of the stuff that happens around the world! You really couldnt!
Plus, it would have been funnier/more disaterous if the Semtex was actually in the pastery. And she got it to the hotel/whatever and started cooking it!
lol they say anythings possable
Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?
