    where to buy dual layer dvd's?

    it seems svp only have one type of disc for dual layer i thought there would be more by now , anyone else know of other places ?

    http://www.blankdiscshop.co.uk/ and http://www.digitalpromo.co.uk both do them, but they still seem to cost about £4.50 to £5.00 each and, personally, aren't worth it yet. Supplies are limited, costs high and suppliers reluctanct to stock (probably because they won't sell many at that price).

    Cheapest you're likely to get them is £15 for 5, or £3 each. I wish the price would come down too.

    erm...Maplin did it for a while- worth a check maybe. Bigpockets advertise 5 Riteks for £15 but they're out of stock, they have stock of Memorexes (which are probably the same Ritek dye) for £17 for a pack of five. TBH though £3 a disc is still 300% more than I'm prepared to pay.

    LORDOFTHEDEALS.CO.UK now with a name like that you cant go wrong.
    dvd+R DL individually they are 2.98 inc vat each.

    bugger me i always jump in an buy too early ! after saracen posted yesterday i went ahead an ordered from svp almost 14 quid all in for 2 discs

    i will see how these go with a back up of some larger material if they work i will order some from lordofthedeals or bigpockets !

    ive ordered there seperate times from LOTD i havent had a problem yet so i cant speak
    about when things go wrong.

    lol cheers only bought a couple , waiting for my delivery of gran turismo , first and only time it will be out of its case is to rip it to hard drive then tuck it ncely back in its case and i will make a backup as this will be my favourite game ever

    Novatech have some Dual Layer discs at just under 3 squid iirc
