I have too...After over a year and half of behaving to aid my weight loss and getting fit...I've kinda let myself go the past few weeks and ate anything and everything available...not looking forward to getting back on the scales in the new year!

    Re: I've eaten too much

still got half a box of celebrations, Jaffa cakes and 48 cans pepsi left. I've not eaten enough

did have 3 packs of cadburys fingers for breakfast though.
bowl of custard with 2 satsumas and whipped cream, with added wine gums for dinner.
    turkey leftovers for tea.

beef and gammon burgers for breakfast tomorrow, made using dads new mincer.

ive not eaten healthily since high school back in late 90's.

    Re: I've eaten too much

I have been very restrained and have so far managed to resist everything .... except temptation.

And I rather expect any New Year resolution about dieting will last about as long as it takes to encounter my first mince pie.

Actually, to be serious, I have pretty much reached the point where I don't want to even see another cake, mince pie, chocolate or other such temptation for at least a month. I must be getting old. That doesn't usually happen until at least a week into the new year.

    Pass the Gaviscon, please.

I always eat too much. That's why I'm getting fat. Why should Christmas be any different?

I is as full as an egg... with another full egg inside it...

Back on it properly again in the new year, see if I can't shift another stone or two

It matters not how much, but of what... http://sichuangreenwich.co.uk/SiChua...h_FullMenu.pdf

As amazing as the food always is I am somewhat paying for it now

Me too, 10lbs on. What I don't understand is, I've been wearing my fitbit since I got it at Christmas, doesn't seem to have had any effect at all...

    haha.

To be honest though, I had been planning to take a few weeks off over Christmas (apart from Christmas Day when I did a longer session) and just let myself go.
Struggling to get the weight off at the moment, but it'll come off soon enough

In all seriousness, I didn't train for pretty much the whole of December, due to near-death man-flu (a cold) and general Christmas drunkenness/going away, and in nearly 3 weeks back at Boot Camp, I've lost... 2lbs.
