Really?

I know no one in the UK believes this, but how about "no separation of the 4 freedoms of goods services capital and labour"

The separation of goods from those other freedoms was a huge concession from Brussels. Instead of coming back to the UK parliament and heralding a major concession from the EU and using it to demonstrate that they have come our way, as we have also moved their way in negotiation, it's ignored.

I vaguely remember Soviet propaganda guides suggesting a mix of 90% truth with 10% disinformation was the right mix. Seems about that ratio here

Please remember anything can sound completely reasonable when it's full of lies you are unaware of.
