i used to have a returning dream when i was small that i was falling at great speed through a tunnel head downwards or a lot when you are in the underground with a giant escalator which is steep to start with then the center of gravity and angle of it shift and i plummet unless i grab hold of something horrible. luckily didnt have those for many years I did have an injury tho when i was even smaller when i fell from 2 or so floors up downwards and head hit the post box which surprisingly cushioned the wall so i only had a mild concussion i suppose i didnt realise it at that point but that might have been what caused the dreams subconsciously etc.

Been years since i had a dream i could control as well im told that people dream less as they grow older has this been true for you? or that dreams get black and white for adults when they are colourfull for kids?

No wacko dreams to report here. Don't remember any dreams recently.

I had an odd one a few months back where I dreamed the Eiffel tower had been moved into the grounds of coombe abbey and me and my mates were climbing it in tuxedos...???

The best dreams you get are when you've got a high temperature and you have those really vivid weird dreams!

One of the reasons you dream less is because you experience less and less new things as you get older, so your brain doesn't need to play out scenarios to make them stick, or to understand something.

Last dream i had was i was being nice to my ex (a woman who i hate and hope never to meet again). That was very scary.

BTw on topic apparently there is a kind of sleepwalking derangement where you sleepwalk and become a sex starved nymphomaniac apparently no matter how you usually behave when awake.

dunno.. I dream about all sorts.... the most horrible one tho is just before I wake up usually.. I'm walking along, or running and i trip, like on a bad paving stone or summat... and land flat on my face, only to wake up flat on my back. My ears just can't cope with the instantaneous inversion and I feel physically sick. Sometimes I don't hit the floor, but I'm falling forwards and land on my back as I wake up. That's possibly even worse. makes me ill thinking about it tbh. I reckon half the problem is the mental anguish of trying to work out "how the hell did that just happen" when you've just opened your eyes, and you're still booting....
