Japanese Engineering Master

It takes decades to be deemed a Master,and these people working in little workshops,make items to the micron precision. They even make custom parts for nuclear power plants!:O_o1:

The exact same is true of their woodworkers. All work done by hand, each master spending years in order to make a single item, with marquetry thinner than paper and joinery more precise than 1/64".
With such a long lead time, you need thousands of them in order to manufacture any semblance of volume.
