    Unhappy Ebay Problems :(

Just won myself an old little laptop to use to type up work on the go ready for the start of sixth form next year. Problem is im unsure what's exactly going on with the transaction (yup, i'm an ebay n00b )
Anywhoo i sneaked in at the last second and bidded, and for the first time ever, won an auction by a bid
    Linky

After winning I tried to pay via PayPal. Upon clicking to pay, i got a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error, yet I still recieved a receipt of payment, and the money has been debited, and it shows up as activity on my paypal account.
    Now here's the bit i don't understand:

I was under the impression paypal pays the seller instantly so they can then send the item asap, however in this case I have spotted the transaction status has appeared as "This Item Is Pending Payment Via Paypal."
With a picture of an egg timer :/
So what does this mean for me? I've tried contacting the seller but no response just yet, who knows perhaps im being too hasty as i am a very eager ebayer Just wondering though if anyone can shed any light on what the payment status means, and what to do if nothing happens since i have payed him Thanks in advance!

It depends on what paypal account they have too, if they are a new, unverifified user then they have to accept the payment - it doesnt happen automatically until you get a 'proper' a/c

Ah thanks guys, your info has reassured me, most likely the case is he can't get to a computer or he's forgottern to check the auction or something
