Admin required - Accessing old account

Hi all

Wasn't sure of the best approach for this so apologies. I've just created an account (Stolen might be hyperbole ) as was trying to login with my old account - Tobeman - and not recognising my password from my password manager.

Upon checking, it is a password that I know has been compromised in the past (and I should've changed it) but have not got round to it. Strangely, it is also not recognising any of the email addresses I have as my account email to reset the login either.

Any Admins able to help?
