    Question Just a quickie

Do I need a certain number of posts to be able to have an avatar or something? I have no option on my User CP to add one.

It's the entire idea of an avatar...you have to earn it, you gotta give something back to the whole community before you can have a little one, you shouldn't take that attitude toward it

What are there at the moment? Is there a list somewhere?
I guess if there were too many awards, you'd just get spamming...

Why do you want rewards for posting on a forum? Isn't it entirely your choice to do so?

/me thinks some people are taking the wrong attitude towards things here...

    Yep, there are rewards...

The sense of community, the help, advice and support you get from hundreds and hundreds of helpful and friendly members...

You get that from day one regardless of post count.

Once you get 5,000 posts you get a set of cut crystal tumblers which is most certainly NOT ex-Shell promotional stock. 10,000 posts gets you a heated hostess trolley, with removable inserts and sliding doors. 15,000 gets you a Blankety-Blank cheque book and pen. 20,000 posts gets you an RSI wrist bandage set and a postcard from your family telling you where they now live and that it's ok to come outside sometimes...
