Indoor security drone - with docking station

That is NEARLY a good idea

    https://hexus.net/ce/news/cameras/14...ity-drone-249/

It sits in it's charging docking station but flie round your home if an intruder is detected!

Apart from all the breech of privacty issues of a drone that can fly into your shower/bathroom.....its quite cunning!

might be useful in an office too

no we're not in a partnership with Ring.... and no I'm not paying 250 dollaroes for one....

We've got one of their doorbells set up, and some of their indoor cameras for keeping an eye on the dog while we're out at work.
The software works well, the products aren't too expensive, they're easy to set up and at £8 per month their subscription fees aren't too bad at all.

I love the idea of this drone, but don't think we'd need it for anything at all.

Saw this a month or so ago, its completely automated with no user capability so reduce the chances of it being hacked and used for perving.
If you are already into the Ring ecosystem then you can set it up so it will react to other things going off in your Ring network which would be useful.

Can it be rigged with a small explosive charge? Imagine a small fleet ready to defend your home....

Next Ring innovation - remote controlled electronic door openers.
