yeah, consumer protections, return T&Cs, warranty claim etc, now default to the selling country's laws and you need to now go to the court in the country you bought it from if you think they haven't honoured the warranty terms etc. Apparently we can't rely on our consumer laws and pursue it through UK court as we could when in the EU. It makes it far easier for a foreign seller to go radio silent and bank on you not pursuing it through inconvenience, distance and language barrier. If you're doing any international purchasing use a credit card as you'll need to rely on section 75 or whatever the clause is.
