Can't get Scan2Hexus Free Delivery

As this post states, I've now reached that 20 post mark, I'm going to be honest I have tried the linking process before I hit 20 to see if it'd work, sorry! I don't know if that would have an effect, I've tried repeating the process again this morning after I hit 20 and I'm still seeing account not found. I hit 20 posts last night about 11.20pm and the email addresses are the same so I'm not too sure, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have the same problem I am new and have been on here for a week. I have done the 20 posts. I am also unable to access advanced profile settings which are also on the "post to unlock" section at like 5 and 15 posts.

I too have this problem. I am new and have done 20 posts but parts of my account are still not unlocked. I cant connect to Scan free shipping with "account not found error" and I am also unable to edit my profile which is also part of the "post to unlock" process.

Sometimes, I can't help but feel people trip up on the "you are required to make 20 constructive posts", particularly the intent of "constructive", part and just rack up 20 posts in a short time.

I think I remember that some of the forum areas don't count towards the total, but that might just be my imagination.

Some things need mod vetting for new users. Also I'm not a mod here but remember it needs to be 20 meaningful posts. I would imagine posts like the below might not qualify:

I have just been refered to this site and found these competitions. Seems like some pretty good stuff.

And lots of new users are having issues syncing the account with Scan accounts at the moment anyway so it's all a bit moot as even if Hexus do their bit you still won't get the shipping without someone at Scan doing something, that several people report having trouble with. So all in all. <shrug>

For the huge waste of your time it is posting hollow replies and dredging up old threads for no reason other than bumping your post count to the magic 20, and then starting more threads moaning about it when it doesn't instantly work, just pay the couple of quid shipping. If it's breaking your budget then you've probably got your priorities jumbled up.
