Pop down Tescos and get a pack of zip-lock freezer bags.
Cheap as anything, and they are see through, as well as having little press-close things on the top.
However, bags like this and the bags you posted a pic of are polyethene - which builds static!!! So use them for cables and stuff, but not hard drives or cpus etc!!!
You want anti-static bags for them - try Maplins.
that bag hes posted looks suspeciously like an anti static bag, if so then its a maplins job.
