Help - lost password and recovery email not recieving from hexus

my real username is j1979 and the email i use for hexus no longer recieves the password reset email, or any emails since november 2020.

yes i checked my spam folder. I was going to PM a mod, but new members can't PM from what I can see.

Can anyone help?
