Never been one into these fancy keyboards but got these keycaps for my keyboard. Will give it a go

Been looking at getting a new keyboard for a while as mine's quite old and battered. What keyboard did you get to accompany the keycaps? As they look pretty nice to be fair.

Trying to understand the 'Pudding' part, is this because they resemble the layers of some sort of chocolate cheesecake?

In short, yes. Its a description of the style of keycap.

In Taiwan, and probably other parts of East Asia, if you ask for "pudding" you will usually get one of those "creme caramel" style chilled desserts they sell in the UK. They have a dark top due to the dark syrup they have been stewed in for weeks.

I was once fond of "pudding milk tea" which is iced milky tea with a creme caramel dumped in it and drank through a big straw.
