    Overclockers Phone Numbers

    guys,

    has anyone managed to get through to overclockers support line ?

    I've been trying for 3 days now and not got through.

    I've just phoned the sales team and got through quite quickly and I was told the support team asnwer the phones all day ? but if I needed something I may be better sending a web note.

    I'm getting a little concerned with this, as its the second time I've had need to contact overclockers and been unable to.

    Is anyone else seeing this problem ? is there something going on with them ?

    Last time i used them, and it was the last time ever, took me 8 hours of trying at various times to get through, 2 times i got through they hung up or i was cut off, but eventually got through, don't call between 12 - 2 as they seem to go for lunch and nothing happens on the phones. All you can do is keep trying

    Show me where I am knocking the retailer I simply state their phone support is dismal, in fact email them you get a quicker response. I simply state it was the last time I used them, if I was slating the store in question, trust me I would of let rip with all valves.

    I heard that if you write "ring me" with your number on a piece of paper and put it throught the fax again and again (like one long fax), they get in touch with you.

    Worth a go...

    Probably not a good idea

    Out of insterest is it to send a faulty item back for exchange or an RMA, if it's and RMA query email them and they deal with it via email once you send it off they get back in touch via email to say they got it and thats the last you hear until they send it back tested and working or if there is a problem they will email you to ask what you want to do. You could try a fax, might be better than the phone option.

    Best bet is to book a day off work and keep your finger on the redial. That's what I did and I still didn't get through. In the end I sent the item back with the old RMA number and a slightly s**tty letter saying why I didn't renew it!

    they do seem to have a poor reputation for this judging by this thread.

    I've used the contacts page as suggested above, a few times but never recived a reply other than the automated response saying my message has been recived. Hence my desire to contact them

    Sales guy refuses to chat about the problem and advises me to keep trying support.....support rings out until the phone goes dead.
