    MSN Contacts

    I've just deleted all of mine, if I'm on your contact list n u talk to me then MSN me at somepoint and I'll add u back on, having 169 contacts was a bit OTT and I didnt talk to a fair few of them....

    lol, http://www.msgplus.net has a contact list clearing up thing, which tells you the last time the contact was online, and the last time you spoke to them etc.

    if you install it by mistake there is some sort of special way to remove it PROPERLY (without running anti-adware/spyware programs) but i think the easiest way is to un-install msg plus, then install msg plus again but select to refuse the sponser.
