the green button reminds me a bit of the sky+ box. Hmm if it is the new xbox its not exactly the most attractive thing, saying that though nor was the xbox 1.

Apparently theres 3 X 3Ghz CPUs, and a R550 GPU (Thats the one after the X950 isnt it?) yeah right

I heard its a R500. The next PC part is a R520 so I assume its an early/underclocked one of those.

Then again it could be completely unique. I read somewhere its got special memory dedicated to AA at HD resolutions.

"At the Microsoft Windows Hardware Engineering Conference (WinHEC) 2005, Microsoft has revealed that the Xbox 360 controller will be compatible with the next version of the Windows operating system, code-named "Longhorn".

"A QUESTIONNAIRE being taken online by Xbox Live users appears to give the final confirmation that Xbox 360 will be backwards compatible - at least, if you buy it with the optional hard drive.
The questionnaire deals with Xbox Live and says subscribers through the original Xbox will be able to play against gamers on Xbox 2 -- as long as they are playing a current generation Xbox game.

"Xbox Live is an online gaming service that works across both the current Xbox system and the future Xbox 2. You will be able to play online and compete against others across both consoles. If you are playing an Xbox game on Live you will be able to compete against people playing that same game on Xbox 2".

    1) Interesting, but is it really necessary?! I mean what will it do that a good old converter/Xbox or PS2 pad cant do. Also does this mean that connections are USB/Wired/Bluetooth or what Not many comps come with Bluetooth as standard. hmmmm

    2) I thought it was unlikely but it seems like it can be done. A bit pointless in the long run but good for the early adopters when there aren't many decent games. Wouldn't want to pay a price premium for the feature though.

Nothing wrong with a good racing game, I like them better than anything else. Maybe another Halo game?
