No trees were harmed in the creation of this message. However, many electrons were displaced and terribly inconvenienced.
It was the headlining story last week...
You also have to understand that the photos were in breach of the Geneva Convention.
He is right to sue, I doubt he will get anything though. The Americans will steal any profits.

I like the fact that the Geneva Convention has an underpants law. I wonder where the convention stands on mass murdering tyrants being given a chinese burn?Originally Posted by Norky
I expect that those are the two areas of the Geneva Conventions that have been breached...humane treatment of prisoners of war
Prisoners of war must be humanely treated at all times. Any unlawful act which causes death or seriously endangers the health of a prisoner of war is a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions. In particular, prisoners must not be subject to physical mutilation>, biological experiments, violence, intimidation, insults, and public curiosity. (Convention III, Art. 13)
clothing for internees
If an internee doesn’t have adequate and sufficient clothing, the detaining power must provide it. The clothing must not expose them to ridicule. Protective clothing must be provided at worksites that require it. (Convention IV, Art. 90)
PS, thats about as close as i could find to the "no photographing in their pants" rule...
