    Are u sure its authentic?

NatWest only usually communicate by post...

And theyve had a lot of problems with spammers trying to get online banking passwords and stuff by pretending to be from Natwest...

Used to use it, cos it was quite a bit cheaper than paypal, 20p as opposed to 4%, which can be quite a bit on say, a hundred quid.

    Shame really, oh well

yeah but then it changed from the nice 20p flat rate to some complicated 9p + 2% and other things...thats what stopped me using it tbh.

I actually never used it, i got the same email.

Probably made quite a bit of a loss (in their eyes) so didn't want to continue it!

Seemed a good idea, just never got around to using it. Emails that don't ask for anything (personal details etc), and don't link you to obscure website addresses can be believed to be genuine. Banks can comunicate via email, it's just that they will never ask you for any personaly information in this way. They may send emails to update you on information, new services etc.
