    Olympic Spirit?

    Story

Personally, I think the international community should object and the Olympic bid should be given to whomever was second choice. As grand an event as the Olympics is, it is immoral to destroy someone's livelyhood and home for a sporting event. China needs to be taught it cannot behave that way if it wants to be a respected international player.

    Absolutely digusting.

Really not very good. If there were time for another city to get ready, I would support changing. Not feasible now though...

The modern Chinese government is in the bussiness of making money and improving their economy, not human rights (except to the extent necissary to permit the former). This was known before they were selected to host the olympics and stuff like this should have been anticipated.

It's the same in all countries, just on a different scale though.
