Very interesting bible quotes. I wonder where they got the tobacco from in new testament times?

No guys...
This isn't anti-smoking, it's something far worse.
These guys turn up to celebrate at the funerals of homosexuals accross america, harrasing relatives and mourners. They call themselves christian.
This is the last civil rights issue plagueing america. Imagine, for example, what would happen is they did this at the funerals of black people.
Sickening that any group of people, regardless of your personal association with that group, are allowed to be treated in this way.

It amazes me how they can call themselves christian, or catholic.
Burn them with fags...
The weirdest bit is - Christ would forgive these "Christians" for their sins, but they'd crucify him as a "Long Haired Pinko Faggot lover"....
Presumably the upside-down flags are somthing of equal significance. Bloody idiots.
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
they are welcome to their own opinions, but would be more civil to keep it too themselves. I personally think gays are completly wrong, but idont wish death upon them, and dont walk around with a banner. They arent going to achieve anything thing by this, apart from maybe a bleeding nose.

I reckon the flags are saying that gays are turning america upside down
If they were good christians then they wouldn't mind, or would come up with decent quotes!

As a Christian myself I'd just like to make my opinion known.
I wouldn't call those people Christians and I know of very few Christians who would as these people have completely missed the point of Christianity. They somehow see themselves as morally superior to homosexuals which opposes the very teachings of Christianity - no one is superior to anyone else in God's eyes as He loves everyone equally.
Don't confuse what I'm saying, I still believe that homosexuality is wrong but the Bibles teaching say hate the sin and not the sinner so why these people are doing what they are doing is beyond me! They are obviously being completely misguided in their teachings.
Below is an exerpt which I found extremely appropriate...
"In a recent radio interview I was sternly asked by the host, who did not consider himself a Christian, to defend Christianity. I told him tht I couldn't do it, and moreover, that I didn't want to defend the term. He asked me if I was a Christian, and I told him yes. "Then why don't you want to defend Christianity?" he asked, confused. I told him I no longer knew what the term meant. Of the hundreds of thousands of people listening to his show that day, some of them had terrible experiences with Christianity; they may have been yelled at by a teacher in a Christian school, abused by a minister, or browbeaten by a Christian parent. To them, the term Christianity meant something that no Christian I know would defend. By fortifying the term, I am only making them more and more angry. I won't do it. Stop ten people on the street and ask them what they think of when they hear the word Christianity, and they will give you ten different answers. How can I defend a term that means ten different things to ten different people? I told the radio show host that I would rather talk about Jesus and how I came to believe that Jesus exists and that he likes me. The host looked back at me with tears in his eyes. When we were done, he asked me if we could go get lunch together. He told me how much he didn't like Christianity but how he had always wanted to believe Jesus was the Son of God."

I'm itching to meet some of these people in the flesh so that I can test their ability to turn the other cheek. I'm straight, but as a reader of Savage Love, I think I could come up with some stuff that would test their coronary stabilityOriginally Posted by TeePee
