    Challenge for today.... help!

I need to get a mini gas BBQ for weekend use - I have a normal one in my garden.

But I want something for when I am on weekend breaks.

    Anyway - disposable BBQs suck.

I like the look of: Safari Chef but I would like to see if there are alternatives.

The bottom one is small and perfect, but I would prefer the top one with a sep cylinder to use - since the small cylinders are often costly, and of course means carrying a spare.

Please post links and pics here

Anyway - this is your challenge guys, please help need to order it today.

Or if it can be picked up within 30 miles of Purton, Wiltshire I will go collect this weekend.

Thanks and yes this is abuse of the forums.

My dad's bbq runs on the larger cans, but he's had it for a few years now

I'm guessing he got it from homebase or the caravan place

    how about this?

That looks like a good one to go for. I don't know of any good alternatives, but I know that CADAC are a good brand! We had some CADAC stuff for many years, very good quality! They are quite popular in SA, everyone has one!

A 3-4.5 KG cylinder should last a while as well, without being too huge to stick in the car...

get some of the prelighting coal bags and then use a real bbq

Most bags of charcoal actually contain 4 seperate bags that you just put a match too, and they light

If its a STOVE you're after of course...tis different fing

But if its the whole BBQ experience, coal is still the way

the baby weber from barbecue online is great - played with one last weekend, and goes really well!
plus barbecue online is the best bunch of people I've ever dealt with (online store wise) - plus they gave me 80 quid off the new weber I bought for my dad.
go weber if you can - but coleman camping bbq's are also very good.
