Okay, I am moving back down to London next week, and I need to find a job now that I have graduated. Is it best if I just get the paper out and look for positions or join a job agency?
Anyone know any good job websites?

You could also try the Evening Standard. They usually have a pretty comprehensive jobs section one day of the week - I think it's either Tuesday or Thursday.
The old cliche is that you're supposed to decide what company you want to work for, then find out the name of a manager in the relevant department and write to them asking for a meeting (wording it like you want to find out about the industry, rather than asking straight out for a job or interview.) This is supposed to show initiative and impress them. I've never heard of anyone getting a job this way, but hey, maybe it works and is a well kept secret. It might be an interesting exercise, and you've got nothing to lose. That's the great thing about job hunting - even if you get rejected you don't lose anything (apart from travel costs.)
