Yep free to change address last time i did it but, i've got to change to photo one now and thats the only reason it costs this time.

its free if you have a photo license already as far as I know, the DL fee is nothing, anyone tried getting a passport lately? I left £150 quid cheaper when i needed it and a visa for china in three days.

Thats only if you need it in a few days though.. if you post it off, costs much less?..

I needed a passport with 3 days notice. I queued outside/sat in the london passport office in total for what must have been 10+ hours - thats the worst bit.
