Just after her forehead looks waaaaay too shiney. I'd have to say it's a transfer and simply a publicity stunt (notice the lack of close-up shots, touching/rubbing it or actual tattooing).

EDIT: also her head would be bleeding like crazy just after and inflamed for days after the procedure

Have to disagree, I'm afraid. A well-done tattoo won't bleed profusely during or just after the procedure. The shine may be the flash reflecting off remnants of the petroleum jelly used during the procedure, or may be from the after-care applied after the procedure.

Forehead advertising is becoming quite popular, and I highly doubt that the casino would "fake" this. Plus, I certainly wouldn't put it past an American, eh?

It's shiny because after you get a tattoo done you have to rub moisturiser into it for up to 6 weeks after you've had it done

My tattoo looked shiny after i had it done did until it scabbed over, there wasn't much blood either ( not that i could see as it was on my back )
