Ordering stuff in the USA with UK card?

A colleague of mine wants to order 50 DVD+Rs in the US, to have them delivered to a chap there who's going to copy some Grateful Dead concerts for him (they encourage this BTW, so it's not piracy).

    http://sky.etree.org/gd-policy.asp

Anyway, he's having real trouble finding a site that will accept his UK credit card for a domestic delivery. Anyone know how he can get round this, or know a site that will accept his card?

I've ordered stuff off of a site in america and had it delivered to my house.
Most places you will have to deliver to the registered address for the card for the 1st order at least.

Yeah, but you see that's the problem- in that case actual money has changed hands and you fall afoul of the bit (in the above link) that says you mustn't make a financial profit. All a bit of a PITA really.

They tend to be hair shirt type folk with funny ideas as I understand it. Bloody hippies. Anyway, trust me paypal is not on the cards, unless there's a US disc shop that'll take payment via paypal.
