I actually play computer games, usually violent ones, believe it or not it helps me. Racing ones are good too though.
I tend to punch inanimate objects- although select something soft if you don't want cuts/bruises on your knuckles
Talk to someone fun... takes your mind off things.

Do some exercise. If I'm p*ssed off, afew pressups sorts me out. And is good for you. Ditto for short fast run.
Most definately red wine!!! and a good cry is a must, dunno about will and grace though
I'd probably either watch something funny like Little Britain, or something really depressing like eastenders so i can make myself happy thinking about other people's misery
A good session at the gym is a good wind down. So is going home & playing with the kids & the dogs.
It's a shame I'm sat at work and can't do 1/2 the things listed here
