I actually play computer games, usually violent ones, believe it or not it helps me. Racing ones are good too though.
I tend to punch inanimate objects- although select something soft if you don't want cuts/bruises on your knuckles
Talk to someone fun... takes your mind off things.

Do some exercise. If I'm p*ssed off, afew pressups sorts me out. And is good for you. Ditto for short fast run.
