No spanking jokes. It doesn't get you the job. I know this from bitter experience.

Wear something smart (i.e a suit, or shirt and tie if you have no jacket), and make sure you polish your shoes.
Dont worry about things, and mention your insane post count here, chances are if theyre techy interviewers (prob not, but miracles can happen) theyll have heard of hexus.

All I know about the role is what it says in the advertisement:

Junior PC Support Technician required to join growing Guildford company. Good telephone manner, willingness to learn and enthusiasm required.

    Don't smell.

Try to relax, but not too much, you don't want to slouch but neither do you want to look like a Red Eye Chilli was just rammed up ur rectum.

Smile a lot and make good eye contact for the more serious questions.

NEVER get naked, I made that mistake

'I spend a lot of the working day posting on an internet forum'.

Hmmm, not sure you should mention this...

Learn stuff about the company. They may ask if you've heard of them.
Mention that you're actually interested in technology, so you enjoy working with computers.

Just thought I'd wish you luck.
BTW make sure that you remember what you've written on your CV/Application form (it sounds stupid I know) and make sure that you feel comfortable explaining and justifying all the key points you've raised and maybe once you've learnt a bit more about the company you could tweak your answers towards their company.
    I hope that makes sense..

Dougal makes a good point - dont smell - i know at least three people who didnt get a job cos they stank.

    A good hand shake also!

If they ask you something and you dont know, dont try to make it up or blag it, just say you dont know - but if they give the oportunity - explain how you would go about finding out. That sort of job is how i started out and its 30% knowing stuff and 70% knowing how to find stuff out.

If they ask you the old "So do you have any questions for us?" its wise to ask some. here are some you could consider :

What type of systems will you be working on?

Will it be a team environment or a self driven working on your own environment?

Ask if there is room for growth and the chance to further your knowledge.

try not to ask stuff like training, holiday allowance and pay at this point. Doesnt put across a good impression.

Go to the toilet before you get there.

Dont be late - make sure you get to where you need to be 30 mins early and go into the building 10 mins early! shows you are prepared etc.

I would take a copy of the "Job description", any other info an agent has told you as well as a copy of your CV.

Put your phone to silent or off.

Try to make eye contact but dont stare.

As Mike ^^ says - do some research into the company - just do some websearches on them etc to get an idea what they do.

From the advert i would guess that this is a 1st line type role(a great starting point) so ask if there will be hands on opportunities.

Be polite - ie - please, thank you! dont slouch in your chair with your feet up, dont fidget too much (although its tuff)

And try to be confident without being cocky.

    Good luck dude.

Give plenty of examples to back up your claims.
