    ouch, where exactly is that?

there used to be a dodgy place in merry hill market which was resposible for hospitalising a girl.....they used an ear piercing gun to do her belly button and managed to hit the abdominal artery.

did she get her tongue pierced?

if so, she has to take the bar out. It'll be a trapped nerve. As soon as she removes the bar she'll be fine.

mgh0 - elite in merry hill, nah not there although i know of they're reputation, oasis is about 5 shops joined together that do alt/retro/fetish clothing etc.

Elmo - nah not her tongue, got her rook (piece of cartilage near the inner ear for those who don't know) pierced, the guy who did it didnt block the inner ear with cotton wool so she got an earfull of ethyl chloride. she made about ten yards before she collapsed.

Agent - twas hayley, she's still in birmingham city hospital afaik with bleeding of the inner ear and concussion of the vertebrae. And if she doesn't make a fuss i'll go down and have a word.

hence the reason they arent meant to use freeze spray anymore. There are reasons for these rules, i dont understand why people dont follow them. In my exp the piercings i've had done with freeze spray have been far more painful than without, and they were in my ears!

you know by writing this you could be done for liable and be sued? I'm not saying they didn't do what you said but the law can be dodgy at times

the gels are, ok, but they arent SUPPOSED to use any form of anaesthetic anymore. But they do. There's only 1 place that uses freeze spray for all piercings, 1 who uses them for nipple piercings and 1 that uses gels, but the rest have a strict non anaesthetic policy, and tbh, it's better.

slick, they arent meant to use anaesthetic, so they wouldnt have a leg to stand on in court.

    Cheers dude, I'll tell her

this brings me onto my next major gripe.............the nhs..........

an abulance was called pretty quickly when the guy arrived he wanted everyone out of the room......

paramedic dude - can you leave us alone please
    me- no im not moving
paramedic dude - don't you tell me what you will and won't be doing
me - listen i know your doing your job but im her best mate and ain't leaving her, you can try and move me if you want........

wtf was his problem, i know he's gotta ask her personal questions but he didn't have to be aresy with me.

Then of course there was 4 hours of her lying in a cubicle before anyone would come and see her, despite me telling them she was throwing up everytime she moved.

5 hours of explaining the story to 3 different doctors with only a basic grasp of english and they diagnose her.

Eventually at 2am!!! they move her to a ward, after attempting a head x-ray that she needed to sit up for

It was so scary to just see her collapse like that when a few seconds before she'd been talking to me

I dunno if paul will be going in, i doubt he will until she's out and fine really. he didn't come in at all today, just stayed at the hospital with her.
