That nearly all US shows featuring a character thats bad always has an English person playing the baddy ?
i.e - A show I watch Stargate SG-1 has had 2 brits playing evil folks and in the episode "prototype" what do we have.... yeap you've guessed it... a posh toff'ed accented Brit playing the genetic hybrid of Anubis and a human...
Are we all that vile the world all thinks we're all evil masterminds ?

Bad guys are cool anyway so I wouldn't complain
they probably feel intimidated by our obvious superiority so they try to portray us as evil, but they do get the genious part right
and why do they always make out we have a really annoying posh accent 'oh tally ho old chap' blah blah we dont really sound like that do we

I saw the movie Unleashed the other day too (omg fantastic movie, favourite this year along with The Island) and the bad guys were british lads. Yes, I know it was shot in the UK, (or meant to be) but the main characters were american, and when british people were used, it used over-exagurrated cockney and such. Oh well
I had a look at scifi.com, wondering where last weeks episode of Atlantis was, and it seems that they're doing that annoying summer finale thing again. Double bill this Friday, then a bunch of months off. ARG. No H.
nat as bad as when I sat down to watch superman the other day with the g/f, ok so superman is cool but I couldn't belive it when lois lane asked why he was there, it was just cringe making:

There are a lot more Americans playing bad guys than Brits. Just because you can find a few example on the Sci Fi channel doesn't make it the rule. I have noticed that there are just a lot more British people starring in Sci Fi shows (good and bad).
