    Web suggestions

My mate wants me to set up a site for him and his small business of legal stuff that's used for illegal stuff .

Anyway I need a decent webhost which will supply a reasonable amount of space and a domain name to go with it.

I was thinking of just getting a template off somewhere, I already found a decent one, then I'll add all the original content and seting up links etc, which I think my HTML knowldge can manage, if not off to Front page I guess.

They'd also like a way of actually selling the stuff through some sort of webshop but I told them they'd best be doing it through paypal/nochex links on the page as webshops are expensive. Unless someone has a better idea for that.

    Code:
    Gedit )
Crimsom Editor } > Notepad > Everything else
    Bluefish )
I gave up on Notepad after it decided it couldn't read Linux line breaks.

Pah... I don't like Javascript very much. Don't forget that not everybody has javascript turned on.

yes but the JS i use is optional, usually swap image, so not having it woudnt spoil the site, just make it look less good.

also i couldnt dream of doing php in anything other than colour coded dreamweaver. i would just lose track of everything i am doing. some people may be able to do it, but i cant

Just about any decent text editor can do syntax highlighting, although I don't find it hugely useful. It's nice to have, and is certainly helpful, but I still get along without it!
