I'll try if my doc will give me some zyban tablets as I can't use the patches. The last time I used the patches, the place where they positioned flaired up, went all red and then I had a huge patch of psoriasis there for more than 6 months.

I've basically given up from monday to friday- all I have to knock on the head now is weekend smoking and I'll be fine.

Oh I want to give up alright... I've had enough of the damn things... I want to give up cos I want to.

Health is a concern, yes, but just as much so is the fact that I've becoming more and more aware of the pollution I'm causing to others... I don;t smoke in the house, never have, but more and more I'm concious of the smell of the smoke and that blue haze it leaves where I've had a fag...

Just fed up with it really... time to stop.
